Union Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Youth Affairs and Sports Minister Anurag Thakur has stated that he will be contesting the 2024 Lok Sabha Elections from the Hamirpur constituency from where he has been winning since 2008 by polls.
Previously, his father former CM Prem Kumar Dhumal has won the seat in 1989, 1991 and 2007 by elections post the disqualification of BJP MP Suresh Kumar Chandel in a cash-for-query row..
